Col. Edith Nakalema Demands Former Miss Uganda Stellah Nantumbwe Return Ex-Husband’s Property

Senior Presidential Advisor and Head of the State House Investors Protection Unit, Col. Edith Nakalema, has publicly called on former Miss Uganda Stellah Nantumbwe to return property allegedly taken from her former husband, businessman Saidi Bukenya, following the breakdown of their marriage.

Nakalema made the remarks while commenting on the ongoing dispute between the former couple, a matter that has attracted significant public attention in recent weeks. She urged Nantumbwe to consider resolving the matter amicably and to return any property that rightfully belongs to Bukenya.

According to reports, the disagreement stems from property ownership claims that emerged after the couple’s relationship came to an end. While details surrounding the contested assets remain unclear, the dispute has continued to spark debate among members of the public and on social media platforms.

Nakalema emphasized the importance of fairness and accountability in resolving family and property-related disagreements, noting that disputes of such nature should be handled in a manner that promotes justice and mutual respect.

The intervention by the State House Investors Protection Unit boss has added a new dimension to the high-profile dispute, with many observers now closely following developments surrounding the matter.

Neither Stellah Nantumbwe nor Saidi Bukenya had publicly responded to Nakalema’s latest comments at the time of publication. It also remains unclear whether any legal proceedings have been initiated regarding the ownership of the disputed property.

The dispute continues to generate public interest, particularly given the prominence of the individuals involved. Observers have called for a peaceful resolution that protects the rights and interests of all parties concerned.

As the matter unfolds, many are awaiting official statements from both Nantumbwe and Bukenya regarding the allegations and the future of the contested property.
