The late Kapere’s widow, Maama Trump, has come out strongly against individuals demanding DNA tests for her children, insisting that her late husband never questioned their paternity during his lifetime.
Speaking during a press interview earlier today, Maama Trump expressed frustration over what she described as disrespectful attempts by strangers to question the biological paternity of her children while she is still mourning her husband.
“My late husband never asked for the DNA of our beloved children, and he never even doubted for one moment that he wasn’t their biological father,” she said.
She further questioned why people with no close connection to the deceased were suddenly interested in demanding DNA tests for his children.
“I’m so annoyed with people who appear on camera demanding DNA tests for Kapere’s children. Respect my husband and leave him to rest in peace,” she added.
Maama Trump also challenged those pushing for the DNA tests to imagine how they would feel if strangers publicly questioned the paternity of their own children.
“Ladies, put yourself in my shoes. Imagine some random stranger appearing on camera demanding DNA tests for your children. How would you feel about it?” she asked.
The grieving widow noted that some of the individuals making the demands were not related to the late Kapere in any way, adding that others only came to know him after he had already married her.
She concluded by appealing to rumourmongers to stop dragging her family into public discussions, saying her priority at the moment is mourning her husband and raising their children.
“I am still mourning my husband and focusing on how to raise my children as a single mother,” she said.
Her remarks come amid public discussions surrounding the paternity of Kapere’s children, with the widow maintaining that such demands are unnecessary and disrespectful to the family during this difficult period.
