Months back, we reported that Sheebah Karungi had successfully launched her a sanitary pad brand called ‘Holic pads’. The pads which were highly branded with certified quality, fairly priced with each pack priced at Shs. 4000 and coming with 10 pads. The singer openly unleashed her vision of fighting for ladies in terms of good hygiene especially in their monthly menstruation periods as a way of helping young girls in schools to access sanitary services.

Just as the brand is highly capturing public attention, controversial NRM blogger Ashiraf Kato alias Ashburg Kato has openly come out to soil Sheebah’s hustles, with unsatisfactory statements doubting the quality of these pads that Sheebah is seriously empowering the girl-child to use.

Kato wondered why Sheebah can’t even use the product she manufactures despite the fact that the singer is busy making donations all over the country with the recent beneficiaries of the Holic Pads being the Girls in Eastern Uganda who set to receive over 250 pads which the singer delivered through the Girl Child Ug Foundation to support their Pad through COVID-19 campaign.

“Even Sheebah herself doesn’t use Holic Pads. Kale Mujooga”. Ashburg in a retweet to Esther Birunji’s praiseful tweet.

This however left the country in questions over Ashburg Kato’s statement, as some were seen attacking him for having lost relevance and now is just struggling to seek public attention.
