Ugandan musician heavyweight Dr Jose Chameleone has once again proved that he knows how to command attention, after his plane arrival for a press conference of his upcoming Unlimited Concert at Lugogo Cricket Oval that left fans talking.
The Leone Island boss got tongues wagging, with one reaction summing up the excitement “This guy is really big for real!”
While his grand entrance became a talking point, Chameleone also had a message for TikTok critics who have been throwing criticism his way, making it clear that he is not bothered about winning everyone’s approval.
Speaking during the press conference, the celebrated singer fired back at those who constantly attack him online, saying the feeling is mutual.
“We know you don’t like us, but we also don’t like you,” Chameleone declared.
The blunt response has added more drama to the conversation surrounding the singer, with his words likely to fuel further debate among his supporters and online critics.
Chameleone, whose music career has made him one of Uganda’s biggest entertainment names, has remained a major talking point in the local entertainment scene thanks to his music, public appearances and outspoken personality.
As preparations for the Unlimited Concert at Lugogo Cricket Oval continue, the singer’s latest remarks and attention-grabbing arrival have given fans another reason to talk about the man who has spent years commanding Uganda’s music scene.
Whether on stage or responding to his critics, Chameleone appears determined to do things his own way.
