State minister for youth Balaam Barugahara has fulfilled a promise to prominent vlogger Publicity E Nateete by gifting him a brand-new motorcycle.
The development comes after Publicity Nateete made a public appeal during an interview with Isaac Katende, commonly known as Kasuku, where he requested the minister’s support in acquiring a motorcycle to ease his work.
